UPDATE: Well the seller came around and down and sold for $1,225 on May 30, 2011.
Cool bike on eBay in Onsted, Michigan for $1,500 to start. “OK. Hi There. This is one incredible motorcycle! It is a purpose built Yamaha Flat Track Racing Bike. This bike is in mint condition as you can see!!! It was totally custom built by a former flat track racer and built to race in the Vintage Dirt Track racing venue. It has been run only once and is so fast that it smokes the 650’s out there! This is one bad-boy Dirt Track bike and not for beginners. It started life as a 1976 Yamaha XS 360. The frame was comppletely re-done. A front end from a Yamaha TT250 was put on. The rear end was modified and a custom swing arm was added. The engine had only 200 miles on it. It was totally gone through and freshened. The bike has 65,000 Volt automobile coils on it and brand new 40mm Mikuni Carbs. The bike has a custom air filter design as you can see. This engine breathes!!! Brand new tires both front and rear. Also included is the SHOP MANUAL for this bike, as well as the private book from the builder. The bike has a custom-built exhaust system designed to provide maximum horsepower.”
