“1968 Buick Riviera GS 439 ci., 4bbl Edelbrock, HEI, aluminum brake drums.
Great resto project, needs fuel pump, fires over with starting fluid. CAN NOT DRIVE HOME.”
I personally dig the front end of this with the headlights. Very rugged, Mad Max coming to get you… in your grandma’s yellow Buick kinda way.
Cars and coffee chatter: The ’63-65 production Riviera shared its body shell with no other model. The Riviera was redesigned for the 1966 model year. It retained its cruciform frame, power train, and brakes, but it wore a longer, wider, more curvaceous body and it’s shell was now shared with the Oldsmobile Toronado, and, a year later, with the Cadillac Eldorado.
