Original Post: Here is decent 912 that needs restoration to be correct out of Lake Elsinore, California. The window trim, grille, wipers, etc. have been painted black. Speakers have been cut into the door cards, the stereo isn’t original and it’s running Webers instead of Solexes. The current owner states the car was painted in the garage by the former owner who obviously wanted it to look more modern than the 44 year old equivalent.
On the high-five upside it has:
• Five 15×6 Fuchs
• Five gauge dash
• Five speed transmission
But the engine looks to be out of range for a numbers matching car. Bumpers are included with the car and the reason for the post, the original color is a rare olive green.
