Rec fuel or 93 octane only
Early engine built by Cosworth before MB took over 1992 Mercedes 190e 2.3 with a full 16v Cosworth swap
Early euro 1985 185 hp Cosworth engine and trans rebuilt several years ago. Really only a couple thousand street miles and a couple track days per year.

Engine:

  • Billet pulleys
  • Head studs
  • Head had been rebuilt as well with a fresh valve job
  • Billet flywheel
  • Megasquirt MS2
  • Electronic EFI conversion
  • New timing chain and tensioner
  • Was fresh from a machine shop with new pistons, rings and bearings
  • Replaced the coil pack and tuned it a little better so it is much better in cold weather

Things to Fix:

  • Speedometer is fast
  • RPM not hooked up

Transmission:

  • Rebuilt
  • Dogleg left Getrag

Chassis Parts Swapped with 16v and Wheels:

  • Steering box
  • Hubs
  • Brakes
  • Rear axles
  • LSD
  • 2 sets of custom Braid wheels made for the car

New parts:

  • All brakes and brake hoses
  • All bearings which are stronger for Cosworth
  • Bushings front and rear
  • Sway bar is 6mm not 8mm like the Cosworth
  • All rear cradle arms
  • New H&R sport springs and Bilstiens
  • New radiator, hoses, expansion tank
  • New tie rods, center link, and damper
  • New e brake cables
  • New complete exhaust
