This car is a blast from the past.I parked it 10 years ago b/c it runs poorly and i was out of money.At the time I had a shop install new plugs, wires, coil, mass air flow sensor & fuel injectors and air fuel ratio meter.2.5″ straight thru exhuast.
2.6Liter Turbo Charged 4cylinder with 5speed manual transmission.Rear wheel drive Limited slip differential, 4wheel independent suspension with antilock disc brakes. Cruise control, Speed sensitive wipers, leather 8 way seats, radio control on steering wheel. Has good tires. Everything works and is operational. If somebody knows their way around cars they will probably find the fix. faster than a porsche or mustang.”
My choice would certainly be the Chrysler Conquest TSi over the Starion. It just sounds… I don’t know… meaner, leaner, more purposeful. You could revive the name Conquest and people would still find it cool today. Starion is like the 80’s version of a Fair Lady.
On Craigslist Grand Rapids. If it’s halfway clean and not beat to hell, this could be a nice fetch. But don’t believe “has good tires”. I haven’t met a set of 10 year old tires that are “good.”
