I remember seeing a Spyker Spyder drive past my old house out her in Vegas about a year ago and I was pretty blown away by the presence that it had in person. They may not be the fastest, the best handling or the best built, bet they are one of the best looking supercars out there, in my opinion. They are different, and I like different. I think a lot of people forget that you will never be able to exploit 100% of your supercars performance in the real world; even on the track for 99% of the population. That’s where aesthetics and craftsmanship comes in. And Spyker’s cars have these in spades.

You can keep your Ferrari and your Lamborghini, Spyker is where I would spend my $250 – $300k… if I actually had that much to spend on a car.

Me too. The early Spykers have the killer 4 spoke, propeller steering wheel that has been discontinued and they don’t sell them anymore. Spyker needed to put airbag wheels on the cars. Bummer. The old steering wheels are going to be hugely collectible.
