It’s been a while since I’ve covered a motorcycle but when I saw this it didn’t take long to do a post. This is very reminiscent of the BMW 1200C which I am in love with. So I should probably post one of those because as a rule, I don’t care for Harleys. Something about an obnoxious exhaust that I never got used to. I’m sure the flip this is true for some Harley owners when a screaming rice rocket goes by. Sound is a powerful sense. Just ask Germany who has laws against loud exhausts.
But we are here to talk about this Harley. And this Harley looks gorgeous. Retrosexual. The owner doesn’t mention owning the original parts and once you’ve gone chrome, you can’t go back. But the $2,000 price reduction on a 5,700 mile bike is sure to get someone’s attention. I always wonder if he passed on a lower offer, say $10,500, before realizing he really needed the money or figured out it wasn’t worth as much as he thought.
