The reserve is off at $2,000. And although it is not located nearby, Bend, Oregon and it has high miles at 231,000, I’m still liking it. What fascinates me is this owner and the one previous never registered the vehicle. Clean Washington title but never registered. I guess the police have better things to do than track down the tags on a Rover.
