“This car was purchased new by a local Corvette collector who was only able to find the exact car he wanted at a dealership in Tennessee. He had the car trucked to New Jersey where he parked it in his garage, driving the car about 20 miles per year to keep the juices flowing. The ZR-1 was quite a rare car being listed at a price $27,056 more expensive than a new 1990 Corvette. It was powered by a 32-valve “LT-5” V-8 engine producing 405 horsepower and, mated to the cars 6- speed manual transmission, gave the car a 0-60 mph time of 4.4 seconds and a top speed of more than 180 miles per hour. The ZR-1 was identifiable by its wider tail section, covering the 11” wide rear wheels, and 4 square taillights. Our car is quite exceptional in rare Turquoise Metallic with saddle leather, adjustable sport bucket seats, full center console and fitted matching leather luggage. It was also equipped with a the premium Bose AM-FM/cassette/CD stereo system , dual removable roof panels (one glass, one body-matching), power windows, power locks, 6-way power seats, etc. This car is still on its Certificate of Origin, having never been titled or registered and is absolutely brand new and 100% original. 426 miles. $60,650 in 1990 and, as a new 22 year-old car, the same price now.”

This would be the one to collect but drive it and watch your investment disappear.

On The Stable Ltd. for $60,650.  Located in Gladstone, New Jersey.
