1972 Honda CB500 (K1) 1034545 Parts Bike
Clean titles for both bikes in my name
This started out as a restoration project but I have since moved on to other interests.  While it may look like like a cafe type project, everything done was with the intention of it being a stock build.  As far as I know, nothing has been modified and everything is original.  The bike has fairly low miles at 8,400, good compression and all electronics work.  It is stored inside my garage along with the parts bike in Dexter, Michigan.
During my work, I tore down most of the bike aside from removing the engine, cleaned and polished everything then reassembled.  If something was broken or in need of replacing, it was taken care of.  Even the underside of the fenders have been wheeled out.  While the chrome is slightly pitted and the original black frame paint shows its age, it presents fairly well as a package.
The exhaust on the parts bike is a four header system that goes into two pipes, one on each side.  It was my intention to move this assembly over as it is in pretty good shape.  Original exhaust systems are still available on eBay or they do make an aftermarket four pipe system exactly like the original.  The parts bike motor is complete, 13,455 miles and has good compression as well.  Also included on that bike are the carburetors.
$1,800 for both bikes.  Will not separate or part out, need to get the space in the garage back.  Thanks.
