Rust holes? Are you sure they are fork holes? With approximately 100,000 914 built from 1970 to 1976, and ’73 2.0 liters being the most desirable, it’s not worth the four mules it’s going to take to get this baby free. That is if you can find solid metal to actually strap up to.
