1968 Porsche 912 – $4000 The Samba

He said the engine was rebuilt about 300 miles and 10 years ago but it sure doesn’t look like it now.  Still sporting original Solex carbs which is nice despite after market K&N air filters. If it was rebuilt well and the body is relatively rust free, this would be a good project.
The ’68s are the hardest to restore because the interior is unique to this year (door panels for example) after changes from ’67 and before the long wheel base on ’69.  Looks like big speakers cut into the doors so those are shot, after market stereo but the seats look in good nick. Looks like replacement floor boards.
Find it here on The Samba in Florida.
