Impressive.

Tons of detail on eBay with a $23,000 no reserve start price in San Mateo, California.

This is a MiniTec VTEC conversion. You can see their kits and examples of their work at superfastminis.com. Based in Georgia. Sooooo much power. Perhaps too much. My son, driving our stock 53 hp classic Mini, clocked faster times at the El Toro Autocross in November than three VTEC Minis, and a handful or Porsches. Tight twisties is the classic Mini’s forte, and the VTEC is simply too much beast for these situations. Straight acceleration? Well, IF you can stop the wheel spin, you’re a bat outta hell 🙂
