1956 Jaguar “Saloon” family car (East Jordan)

I’m confused by the paint.  Was the car originally yellow and then painted baby blue?  I’ve never seen that color yellow on an old Jag before, probably for good reason.  But it would make for a taxi-cab of a unique ride though.

No price on Northern Michigan, Craigslist but fully restored ones seem to trade for $20’s.

“I an selling my 1956 Jaguar “Saloon” family car.. This car is complete and in the process of restoring. I have had the body gone over and put back into epoxy primer. The next thing I was going to work on was the interior, but got busy and now have to many projects to complete. The engine in this car is the one that won the Monte Carlo Rally back in 1956 and it runs. Will need to have new seals and gone thru because it has not ran for any length of time in many years. I would like to see this go to someone who will finish what I started. Thanks for your interest.”
